By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Clean Water Co., its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Method

To enter, participants must complete the following actions during the competition period:

• Follow @thecleanwater.co on Instagram

• Like the official giveaway post

• Tag a friend in the comments (one comment = one entry)

Each separate comment tagging a different friend counts as one valid entry. The tagged friend does not need to follow or take any action to be eligible as a secondary prize recipient.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway opens at [START TIME + DATE] AEST and closes at [END TIME + DATE] AEST.
Entries received outside this timeframe will not be valid.

4. Number of Entries

Unlimited entries are allowed per person, provided each comment tags a different friend. Spam, bot activity, or irrelevant comments may result in disqualification at Clean Water Co.’s discretion.

5. Minimum Entry Requirement

A minimum of 50 valid entries must be received for the giveaway to proceed. If this threshold is not met by the closing date, Clean Water Co. reserves the right to cancel, extend, or modify the giveaway without notice.

6. Prize Details

• 1 x Clean Conditioner for the winner + 1 for their tagged friend aswell as
• Frank Body Hydrating Body Duo
• Total prize pool estimated at AUD $372 – $432

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random using a third-party tool.
After the draw, Clean Water Co. will manually verify that the selected entrant has completed all relevant entry steps to be eligible in this competition. 

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and tagged in the giveaway post within 5 business days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn using the same method.

9. Privacy & Data Use

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their Instagram handle and any communication necessary to administer the giveaway. This information will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for more.
