Static mixers are used for the continuous mixing of fluid and gas into water streams. We manufacture a range of 316SS inline plate static mixers significantly reducing the time required for the mixing process. Areas of high and low pressure are generated throughout each chamber in the static mixer creating intense turbulence resulting in a thorough mix of fluid or gasses injected into the system.
Our static mixers comprise a range of models to suit any flow range between 1.08 m3/hr (18 l/min) through to 540 m3/hr (9000 l/min). We can custom manufacture a static mixer to meet your requirements and specifications.
