At The Clean Water Co, we stand by the quality of our products and offer the following warranty coverage:

• The Clean Conditioner – 5 years
• The Clean Filter Housing – 5 years
• The Clean Combo Housing – 5 years

We warrant that The Clean Conditioner, The Clean Filter & The Clean Combo shower systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labor costs associated with installation, replacement, or repairs. If a product is found to have a genuine fault upon inspection by The Clean Water Co, return freight may be covered.

All products installed inline with a mains water supply must comply with Australian & Local Plumbing Codes to maintain warranty coverage. The warranty period begins from the purchase date stated on the tax invoice.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be void if damage is determined to have resulted from:

• Improper Installation – Is not covered under this warranty.
• Misuse or Unauthorized Modifications – Any unauthorised, abnormal use, or tampering with the system.
• Lack of Maintenance – Failure to maintain the system according to manufacturer instructions or service schedules.
• Environmental Damage – Exposure to extreme temperatures, hail, lightning, or severe storms.
