The Clean Water Co provides the following warranty to all customers for the following products

  • Softerwater Conditioners 304SS male header units – 10 years
  • Softerwater Conditioners 316SS female header units – 15 years
  • Softerwater Showersoft and Appliance conditioners – 5 years
  • Softerwater Evaporative cooler conditioners – 1 year
  • Filter housings (all sizes) – 1 year
  • Filters – N/A
  • UV Systems – 1 year

The Clean Water Co warrants the water conditioners and filter system to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is parts only and does not cover any labour costs incurred for the replacement or repair of the product. Return freight may be covered if after inspection by The Clean Water Co it is determined the product has a genuine fault. All products installed inline in a mains water supply must be installed in accordance with the Australian Plumbing codes.

The warranty period is determined as the purchase date printed on the tax invoice.

Warranty will be void if it is determined damage is sustained from any of the following;

  • Installation work carried out by the original plumber is not covered.
  • Unauthorised or abnormal use or operation.
  • If the system has not been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or service schedules.
  • Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions including extreme cold or hot weather and hail, lightening and sever storm damage.
