Installation Is Simple

  1. Make sure the water is off. Hold a dish towel under the tap when you unscrew the hose from the tap as there will be water in the line
  2. Unscrew the inlet hose from the tap
  3. Check the blue rubber washer is inserted in the header with the female thread. Screw the Appliance conditioner to the tap and nip the fitting up making sure you don’t over tighten it
  4. Screw the end of the hose to the male thread of the Appliance conditioner
  5. Slowly turn the water on and make sure there are no leaks, if there is tighten the fitting

Install is done…so just check to make sure there are no leaks and if there is tighten the fitting

What Is Hard Water?

All water supplies contain minerals.

The two most common minerals found in water are calcium and magnesium.

Water containing a high concentration of minerals known as hard water.

Hard water will cause damaging scale problems in any water carrying system.

What Is Soft Water?

Water that has a low mineral count is commonly known as soft water.

Soft water has a lower pH (like coke) and so can be acidic.
